What happened to my costumes?

We are sorry about this! During the launch, player rewards got mixed. With recent patches, every player should have the exact rewards that they were eligible to claim. 


If you were missing rewards during launch, check your Donations Box to see if they are there now.


If you think your rewards are still not correctly distributed, please reach out to our Customer Support and share your purchase receipt.
