I pre-ordered the game. Why don't I have Full-Grown Red Mercury?

Full-Grown Red Mercury was an item included exclusively in the Launch Standard Edition and Launch Deluxe Editions of the game. 

If you pre-ordered Standard Edition of WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers, you should have received the Glistening Red Mercury, a stronger Red Mercury item.

If you pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition of WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers, you should have received the Blood of Changhong, the strongest Red Mercury item, plus the Glistening Red Mercury, a stronger Red Mercury item.

If you purchase the game from an unofficial, third-party website, there is nothing that our support team can do to assist you with your entitlement issues. You may try reaching out to the store that the game was bought from for purchasing issues.
