When playing Gems of War on PlayStation consoles, you may experience errors not from within Gems of War
As an example
These errors can be caused by a variety of different issues outside of Gems of War, such as:
- Failed to connect to the PlayStation network
- Not enough space on your SSD
- Subscription to PlayStation Plus needs to be confirmed
- Failed file download
- You need to update to the latest system software
You can search your PlayStation error codes via the PlayStation Support help centre!
From there PlayStation has its own troubleshooting you can go through to resolve this issue.
