When playing Gems of War on XBOX consoles, you may experience errors not from within Gems of War.
As an example
These errors can be caused by a variety of different issues outside of Gems of War, such as:
- Failed to connect to the XBOX Live network
- Not enough space on your SSD
- Subscription to XBOX Live needs to be confirmed
- Failed file download
- You need to update to the latest system software
You can search your XBOX 0x error codes via the XBOX Live Support help centre!
From there XBOX/Microsoft has its own troubleshooting you can go through to resolve this issue.
