If you play on multiple devices, know you are upgrading your device soon, or just want to make sure your game is safe -- and believe us, we know that losing data can be more than a little frustrating! -- there are several steps you can take:
First, record your Battle ID and keep it in a safe place. You can do this by taking a screenshot, putting it in a text file, or the old-fashioned way with a pen or pencil. You can also go the extra mile and store information like this in a cloud service so that if your device's storage fails, it will still be easily accessible.
Second, sync your game with Facebook, which will associate your Battle Islands data with your Facebook account. Don’t worry! We do NOT store any personal information about you, nor does the game post to Facebook! To sync up with your Facebook account, simply click on the "Settings" button, and then on the blue button that says "Connect". This will bring up the "Permissions" window for Facebook and allow Battle Islands to sync with your account.
By taking these extra steps, you can ensure that your Battle Islands data stays safe!
