Your Battle ID is the most important piece of information you have! It is a unique 8-digit code with the format XXXX-XXXX that identifies your game, and it is required by Customer Support to identify you in our database.
On mobile you can find your Battle ID in a few different ways:
- At the top of the splash screen when you are starting up the game where it says: Battle Islands v5.x (Build XXXX, Data XXX) ID: XXXX-XXXX
- In the game's Settings, at the bottom of the settings menu that contains your unique code at the end: Battle Islands v5.x (Build XXXX, Data XXX) ID: XXXX-XXXX
On console players do not have a Battle ID, but can use their unique player name:
- PlayStation 4 (PS4) players do not have a Battle ID and can use their PSN names.
- Xbox One (XBO) players do not have a Battle ID and can use their Gamertag.
