Sometimes when going back to the lodge in the middle of a mission and then heading back out into the open wilderness, the map will show you in a location away from your fast travel location.
As a workaround while we investigate a solution, simply move the cursor around the map to find the blue fast travel marker, and you will be be prompted to enter back into your current mission.
Use the shoulder buttons to zoom out to make this process easier.
