Updates
General
- The Main Menu was changed to streamline the flow into the co-op mode via the “Play” button. Roguelite mode is accessible by the “Roguelite” button, which better describes the single-player mode.
Co-op
- Recommended missions will now automatically recommend new missions added in the most recent update until they are played a few times.
- NEW labels are now displayed for unseen Co-op missions.
- Dollar costs changed to short format in some instances ($250K, $1.05M).
- Unique DLC skins (like Jupiter’s Pain & Gain) can be bought and used in multiplayer (applicable to all variants of the weapon, for example, Jupiter’s Pain & Gain by all Mossberg variants).
Roguelite
- The Cold Strike mission becomes available mid-playthrough. Complete a heist, and the government may leave you a message.
- Added multiple new stats to the Details screen at the end of a campaign run.
- Timed heat and investigation effects (i.e., no heat for a day after the police ambush event) now display their duration in the Sheriff’s tab.
- The Armored Convoy mission has its own icon to differentiate it from its easier variant.
- The High-Security Robbery mission has its own icon to differentiate it from its easier variant.
- Paused investigation (e.g., in Cagnali’s Order) is mentioned on the new day screen.
- A different cutscene is being used for the Strong Arm Dollar Dragon goal.
Gameplay
- The reviving action of bots has changed so that bots will not interrupt revives on a whim.
Balance
Co-op
- Rebalanced prices.
Roguelite
- Increased costs for higher difficulties.
- Added some assurances that the generated heisters for hire won’t come with the same perks and loadout.
Progression system
- The chance for skins to appear as a reward was lowered for levels 1-20.
Weapons & Characters
- Vintovka has a semi-automatic mode now.
- “Cage” now carries a brick (previously had no equipment).
- Runaway’s Micro SMG ER was replaced by Runaway’s BU-RP.
- Theresa’s BU-RP OE was replaced by Theresa’s SMG.
- Forehand’s Micro SMG ER was replaced by SLR HG Elite.
- Vamp’s Micro SMG ER was replaced by TIMM 4.
- Ranger’s TIMM 4 ERCG was replaced by Ranger’s MG.
Fixes
- Fixed an exploit allowing high-level players to earn multiplayer cash only by restarting the campaign.
- [Discord] Bonus objective progress should now correctly update for players who join a mission in progress.
- Tier 3 enemy armies should no longer be displayed in red when you also have a tier 3 army.
- Fixed the Hard and Extreme difficulty warnings, which were sometimes shown for players well past the level threshold.
- [Discord] Fixed a problem where sending one more soldier wouldn’t change the cost.
- [Discord] Pictures of standalone plotlines in the plotline selector now have the correct offset.
- After purchasing assets or gaining a boss level, the asset shop should be refreshed right away in case there are new assets to unlock.
- Certain heists weren’t configured to support stealth-related bonus objectives. They support them now.
- The warning when carrying maximum bags now correctly says that only the secondary weapon is allowed.
- Prevented multiple lines from being skipped at once, sometimes in cutscenes.
- The starting character in the tutorial mission now has a melee weapon.
- Several typos.
- [Discord] STGW doesn't have a firing mode selection animation
- [Discord] Belt on SAW Para moves very strangely while walking
- The Hidden Vault: Imperial/Vertigo - Host saw "Ending mission" prompt in the elevator
- When the bots were doing subdue for the first time, the first equip animation was weirdly played on the weapon
- Bashing the glass windows emitted glass shards, even if the window was destroyed
- XSS - Rescue Khan Dealer - Objects and walls in the underground part tended to disappear
- Equipment - Auto-firing turret could be placed in the air
- Equipment - RPG - NPCs and cameras did not recognize a drawn RPG as a threat
- Fixed a problem with an incorrect game-over cutscene being played when the player dies with Baker during the boss fight in Cagnali's Fortress.
- Various crashes
