Video playback doesn't work after the last update

Issue Summary:

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night uses video files encoded using the H264 codec, which currently Steam Deck does not support natively. Even in their official documentation, they recommend using other methods. As this is a problem for Bloodstained, it is not unique to it as many other games have the same issue.

Workaround:

1. Enabling Compatibility.
   1. Open the "Properties" of Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night on the Steam Deck.
   2. Check "Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool" in "Compatibility".
       
   3. Select the appropriate Proton version.

• We observed that anything above 7.0-6 played the video, including the “Experimental” version. 
  • We recommend using the Proton Experimental or the newest version (highest numbered).
