January 10, 2019: This issue should now be resolved for our players! We have heard from you saying that the freezing is no longer occurring, but please let us know if you run into this again. Thanks for your input; it really helped us out!
January 8, 2019: After a thorough investigation, we have found the cause of the freezing/lag issue reported by a number of our players and we are working hard with the developer on a solution as we speak. We will of course update you all via social channels (Twitter, Facebook, Discord) when we have more information to share. This should only be affecting players in online modes, so please continue to enjoy the game in offline/single player mode for now. Thanks for your continued show of support and patience!
