If the edge of the game is not matching up with the edge of your screen follow one of the below steps to change your settings:

On PS4:

From the PS4 home screen, navigate to Settings >> Sound and Screen >> Display Area Settings and adjust the safe area of your screen.

On Xbox One please try one of the following:

  • From inside Battle Islands: Commanders, navigate to Options and select the slider for Graphics >> Overscan.  In testing 4 works best for TVs where the aspect ratio is set to 16:9
  • From the Xbox home screen navigate to Settings >> All Settings >> Display & sound >> Video output >> Calibrate HDTV, and select Next until Aspect ratio and Sharpness is displayed on the screen. If you cannot see the green line on the edge of your screen, Use your TV settings to change the Aspect Ratio or picture size to show the green line at the edge of the screen.

On Steam:

When launching the game, hold Ctrl or Alt when you click Play. This will bring up an configuration setting window which you can use this to adjust the resolution of your game window.
