In recent weeks, 505 Games has taken over all of Hawken's support across PS4 and Xbox One platforms. There will be times where we will have to send your request directly to the development team, but for the most part, we'll be able to take care of your requests here. You can save time by letting us know your pilot name/callsign in your ticket, and if you have a purchasing problem, attaching your proof of purchase(s) saves everyone a lot of time as well.
