Similar to other games available on Steam, you can access your video settings by launching the game from within Steam instead of the desktop icon:
Click PLAY on the How To Survive Third Person Steam page, and a box will appear with two options, "Play How To Survive Third Person" and "Configuration":
Select "Configuration", click on "PLAY", and a "How to Survive Setup" window will appear allowing you to customize video options, including resolution, quality, and Vsync:
Change your settings and click "OK" when you are done. With these settings saved, you may now launch the game from within Steam or with your desktop icon.
