If you are trying to launch the game in Steam and it does not load up, please try this first:
Go to this folder - C:\Users\[YourUsername]\Saved Games\ACE and delete the ACE folder.
Then try to launch the game again.
If that does not work, please contact support and provide your DxDiag.txt file

- Press Windows Key + R on your keyboard.
- Type dxdiag and press Enter.
- Wait for the green progress bar in the lower-left corner to finish.
- Click the Save All Information... button.
- Choose a save location (like your Desktop) and click Save.
- Click Exit to close the tool.
