How do I change devices for previously accounts that are NOT linked?
- Download Pocket Pioneers onto the new device and start a new account.
- Finish the process of making a new character with IGN#.
- Link this new account to your Google or Facebook account.
- Submit a ticket to 505 Games support at https://support.505games.com/hc/en-us
- In the ticket, please provide your old IGN# (including numbers) and the new IGN# on the new account.
- Include a screenshot of your Account ID. This is on the top-left section of the main loading screen of the game.
- Once you have completed submission with all the necessary information, our team can help recover your old account.
