If you have redeemed a game code for DEATH STRANDING and you are trying to download it prior to its launch date & time on Tuesday July 14th, 2020 at 7:00AM Pacific Time (3PM BST, 11PM JST), you will receive this error. The Epic Games Store currently does not have game data pre-loading support.
