For purchasing issues, it's easy to get in touch with us from within Hidden Heroes:
- First, try closing Hidden Heroes and then re-launch it. Restarting your device may fix the issue.
- If these options don't work, from the title screen, tap the Menu button in the upper-left corner of the screen. Alternately, if you are in-game, tap the upper-left corner of the screen to Pause.
- Tap the Envelope icon in the lower-right corner of the screen.
- A new window will open, where you can tell us about the problem you are experiencing.
- Be sure to leave all of the player information intact! This will allow us to easily locate your account.
- A 505 Customer Support agent will contact you and work through the purchasing issue with you.
