We are aware of an issue our Xbox players are currently having while trying to start Battle Islands.
The issue sees the game return to the Xbox dashboard after it is started.
We are working very hard to get this fixed as soon as we can, but in the meantime, we have a couple of work-arounds available.
Firstly, for some players, simply deleting and reinstalling the game at the beginning of each play session will allow them to enter the game successfully.
If the first option does not work, please try the following:
Go to settings -> Network -> Go offline, Go back to dashboard via the home button on the controller and enter the game, after the reconnect message is shown, go to Network settings again and go back online, back to dashboard using the home button again and try to enter the game.
