For purchasing issues, it's easy to get in touch with us from within Hidden Heroes:

  1. First, try closing Hidden Heroes and then re-launch it. Restarting your device may fix the issue. 
  2. If these options don't work, from the title screen, tap the Menu button in the upper-left corner of the screen. Alternately, if you are in-game, tap the upper-left corner of the screen to Pause. 
  3. Tap the Envelope icon in the lower-right corner of the screen. 
  4. A new window will open, where you can tell us about the problem you are experiencing. 
  5. Be sure to leave all of the player information intact! This will allow us to easily locate your account. 
  6. A 505 Customer Support agent will contact you and work through the purchasing issue with you.
