UPDATE: We have released patch v2.1.1 that we believe has resolved the issue, please submit a ticket if you are still experiencing the issue or have further questions.

We have received reports of players unable to enter the game on the Xbox platform, Development are looking into this issue and we hope to provide a reliable solution as soon as possible. There is a workaround that has worked for some players, please give it a go if you would like to enter the game:

1. Launch the game

2. When you see the 'Press A to Start' prompt, disconnect the Xbox from the internet

3. Press the button and you will see an error message pop up

4. Reconnect the Xbox, dismiss the pop up and check if the issue is resolved.
